Upon valid cancellation within the cooling-off period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your cancellation decision. Outside of the statutory cooling-off period, Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment granting access to premium features for the operational lifetime of the Service. The 14-day cooling-off period applies to the Lifetime plan. After the cooling-off period, the Lifetime plan is non-refundable.
